I think this is great advice Sabah. The the idea of creating your own advisory board for any size business is really important and can help define; the strategic direction, making the right business development choices etc etc. Your ad board participants also develop a sense of wanting to help your business succeed too and sometimes even have direct opportunities they come across themselves and can put straight to you.
