If you’re starting the Turbo Fire workout program, you may be wondering what time of day you should do these types of workouts. Turbo Fire is a high-intensity cardio conditioning program that can help you burn up to 1,000 calories per hour and get you in great shape, fast. Unlike traditional cardio routines and working out on a treadmill, these workouts include HIIT sessions (high-intensity interval training) that elevate your heart rate to its peak level and also boost your metabolism. Doing these types of workouts several times a week can help you get in great shape in a very short period of time, but timing your workouts is an important factor for getting results.

Doing TurboFire Workouts in the Morning

If your primary goal is to lose body fat, you need to do your Turbo Fire workouts first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Doing this type of cardio conditioning workout on an empty stomach means your body has to tap into its own reserves for energy. Your body will be more likely to use body fat as a source of energy, instead of any food you ate before the workout. Since these workouts can be fairly intense, most of the calories you burn will be just from your existing fat stores. For those who want to lose those excess pounds and get lean, doing Turbo Fire workouts first thing in the morning will be your best bet.

Doing TurboFire Workouts in the Middle of the Day

If your primary goal is to build endurance and just stay in shape, you can do the Turbo Fire workout program a few hours after lunch. This will give your body enough time to digest your lunch and use that energy for the workout. If your goal is to create a calorie deficit, you probably won’t be able to achieve that by doing Turbo Fire workouts after eating a meal. Your body will use whatever you ate earlier in the day as the primary source of energy. When that fuel runs out, it will dip into the fat stores in your body. For many people, a midday workout isn’t even feasible but it’s still an option and can help you build endurance and stamina.

Doing TurboFire Workouts in the Evening

If you work all day and prefer to do your workouts in the evening, your body is more likely to burn any excess calories you have left over from your meals. Remember that your body burns a certain number of calories per day regardless of what you eat, just to survive. Dropping calories too low will slow down your metabolism, so you need to be very selective about the foods you do eat each day to maintain or lose weight. If you do your Turbo Fire workouts in the evening, you’ll get your calorie burn very late in the day and might miss out on some of the after burn effect as you sleep at night. Still, working out at night is simply the most convenient option for many and could be the best routine for you.

It is an intense workout. You should have some cardio endurance first, but if you don't they have included a less intense schedule you can do to help you build up for the full program. It is a lot of fun and really works if you also clean up your diet.
