I love the cookbook and am finding new recipes all the time. I can't for the new book to come out.

Poor diet of breakfast sausage, fast food burgers, bacon or any high fat food in'st going to get any closer to your weight lose goal. With that said, eating the right foods like lean beef, chicken, tuna, fresh veggies, sweet potatoes and weight training and run on tredmill or what ever you perfer has a good way to burn the un wanted fat. good luck on journey of fitness and good health. thanks for letting me share goldman123
