Yellow Swarm Diet Pills – Are They Safe?

By Sabah Karimi

The promises of burning fat and losing weight without diet and exercise continue to lure thousands of desperate dieters looking for a solution to their weight loss woes. Yellow Swarm diet pills are one of the strongest supplements on the market, a potent combination of ephedrine and caffeine that provide a boost of energy and increase the metabolism. They're made by the same company who produces the ever-popular Stacker 2 pills, and the makers claim it's the ‘World's Strongest Fat Burner.'

But are Yellow Swarm diet pills safe? What are the potential side effects of taking this potent blend of stimulants? If you're considering taking Yellow Swarm diet pills, here's what you need to know:

Key Ingredients in Yellow Swarm

Yellow Swarm diet pills are designed to be ‘super stimulants' and will increase the heart rate dramatically. They are much more powerful than caffeine and herbal supplements alone, and the patented formula does contain a significant amount of Ephedrine alkaloids. Each caplet contains 300 mg of Caffeine and 25 mg of Ephedrine alkaloids.

Yellow Swarm - What to Expect

The company claims that Yellow Swarm diet pills can:

• Increase concentration and alertness

• Raise the body's natural metabolic rate

• Improve energy

• Increase endurance

• Help you lose body fat 24 hours a day

• Lose weight without diet or exercise

While there is clinical proof that high levels of caffeine can increase concentration, alertness and may even provide a boost of energy, it is not a healthy ‘fix' for anyone. Caffeine addiction can lead to problems with excess water loss and poor nutrient absorption; becoming dependent on caffeine for energy can also make it more difficult to eat a balanced diet and obtain important nutrients and energy from healthy foods. The ephedra-caffeine mix does serve as a powerful appetite suppressant, and this can make it challenging to keep blood sugar levels steady and eating a balanced diet.

Potential Side Effects of Metabolic Enhancers and Yellow Swarm

Yellow Swarm diet pills are designed to increase the metabolism by elevating the heart rate. The stimulants will also elevate blood pressure and can have adverse effects on those who are sensitive to caffeine. Common side effects of metabolic enhancers, and potentially Yellow Swarm diet pills include:

• High levels of anxiety

• Panic attacks and panicky feelings

• Irregular heartbeats

• Kidney problems (because of the diuretic effects of caffeine)

• Muscle weakness and fatigue with extended use

• Extreme appetite suppressant

Yellow Swarm pills are also available in an ephedra-free formula, and this version is made with Yerba Mate, Guarana and other herbal extracts that mimic the effects of ephedrine. Still, there is not enough evidence available to suggest either formula is ‘safe' for the average dieter.

Bottom Line: Diet pills that contain high levels of caffeine and ephedrine extracts can be harmful to your health if you are sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants. Despite the claims that you can lose weight without diet or exercise with Yellow Swarm diet pills, there is no research available that supports healthy weight loss with supplements alone.

Anyone who needs to lose weight can do so with a carefully planned diet plan and exercise regiment - quick fix solutions using stimulants can lead to irreversible damage to the heart and other vital organs.
